How to distinguish the quality of thermal label paper?

1. Look at the appearance. If the paper is very white and has a low finish, it is caused by problems with the protective and thermal coatings of the paper. If too much fluorescent powder is added, good paper thermal sensitive paper should have a slight greenish color.

2. Roast over fire. Heat the back of the paper with fire. After heating, the color appearing on the label paper is brown, indicating a problem with the thermosensitive formula. The storage time may be shorter. If the black part of the paper has fine stripes or uneven color spots, it indicates uneven coating. A high-quality thermal paper should be black green (with a hint of green) after heating, and the color blocks should be uniform, gradually fading from the center to the surrounding areas.

3. Sunlight contrast recognition. Smear the thermal paper printed by the barcode printing software with a fluorescent pen and expose it to the sun. The faster the thermal paper turns black, the shorter the storage time.
